Leonie has a Chemistry degree from Leiden University, The Netherlands and specialized in Analytical Chemistry of Biopharmaceutical Sciences. She has over ten years of experience in biotech industry – including management in Product Development, Operational, Regulatory and Quality related activities at different companies. She was manager Technology Development of high-resolution screening technology and manager Drug Discovery Screening at Kiadis Pharma, [@STAD].  At Syntiro PSI, she set up the Metrology Department for support of validation services in pharmaceutical industries. Also, she was manager the Analytical Development and Product Development department of OctoPlus NV, Leiden.
